Acclaimed Japanese fashion brand Sacai joined forces with Nike to create the Sacai x Nike Blazer Mid 'Maize Navy' sneaker, released in May 2019. Inspired by hybridization, this shoe blends two retro basketball silhouettes, the ¡®72 Blazer and the ¡¯85 Dunk, to create a hybrid that¡¯s both uncommon and familiar. This leather sneaker was designed with twice as many tongues, laces, eye stays, and Swooshes as the typical Blazer Mid. The shoe¡¯s autoclave rubber creeps up the sides and is layered high at the heel for extra protection and style.
